Inspired Capital is looking for a Platform Associate, Network to play an integral role in building and scaling our network ecosystem. In this role, you will work in lock-step with our VP of Platform to develop and execute network strategies that connect our portfolio companies with the right people, resources, and opportunities. You will be the connective tissue that amplifies the value of our community and helps founders access the networks they need to build category-defining companies.

We invest deeply in every member of our team and are looking for a Platform Associate who wants to fully commit to the next chapter of their career. This role is based full-time in our New York headquarters in Union Square (featured in Cultured).

Key Responsibilities

• [ ] Map and expand our network database to identify high-value connections for portfolio companies
• [ ] Create systematic processes for capturing, organizing, and leveraging network intelligence
• [ ] Support recruitment efforts and consistently identify top talent for portfolio companies
• [ ] Partner with founders to understand their specific needs and serve them efficiently and effectively
• [ ] Build strategic relationships with key players and vendors across the startup ecosystem
• [ ] Facilitate warm introductions between portfolio companies and relevant network contacts
• [ ] Design and execute networking programs, from intimate roundtables to large-scale events
• [ ] Track and measure network engagement and value creation

Requirements

• [ ] 1-3 years of relevant experience in VC, startups, talent acquisition, bus dev or network-focused roles
• [ ] Phenomenal communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with founders, executives, and industry leaders
• [ ] Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex relationship databases
• [ ] Proactive mindset with ability to identify networking opportunities and act on them quickly
